Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Wahl Pet Care Shop, we stand behind our professional grooming products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our straightforward returns process for grooming professionals worldwide.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following professional grooming products cannot be returned:
- Opened bottles of Colognes or Conditioners
- Used Combs, Clippers, or Dematters
- Opened containers of Chalk & Powder
- Books & DVDs with removed shrink-wrap
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return your professional grooming products:
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, you’ll receive:
- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Return shipping instructions
- International customs documentation if applicable
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your items securely with the RMA number clearly visible. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as Wahl Pet Care Shop is not responsible for return shipments until we receive them.
Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- International refunds may take 7-10 additional days to appear in your account
Exchange Process
For exchanges of professional grooming equipment:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll ship the replacement once the return is received
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect professional grooming products:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
International Returns Note
For our professional clients outside the United States:
- You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes on returned items
- Mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid additional charges
- Use our provided customs documentation to simplify the process
