Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your professional needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We ship globally except to certain Asian regions and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened bottles of Colognes or Conditioners
  • Used Combs, Clippers, or Dematters
  • Opened containers of Chalk & Powder
  • Books & DVDs with removed shrink-wrap

Return Process

Follow these simple steps for professional-grade service:

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Product name and quantity
  • Reason for return
  • Your contact information

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, you’ll receive:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • International customs documentation if applicable

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package items securely with the RMA number clearly visible. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we’re not responsible for return shipments until received.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds process within 5 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds issue to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • International refunds may take 7-10 additional days to appear

Exchange Process

For exchanges of professional grooming equipment:

  • Follow the standard return process
  • Clearly indicate you’d like an exchange and specify replacement item
  • We’ll ship replacement once return is received
  • Customer responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged/incorrect professional grooming products:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Include photos of damaged item(s) and packaging
  • We’ll arrange replacement or refund at no additional cost

International Returns Note

For our professional clients outside the United States:

  • You’re responsible for any customs duties or taxes on returned items
  • Mark package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid additional charges
  • Use our provided customs documentation to simplify the process
